Big size unit with the bedroom, balcony and a great view. Great and awesome setting, near to the Venetian fortress, the beautiful old town and a short stroll to the beautiful beach. Besides, easy to get to Rethymnon Old Town.

Booked a superior twin room with a balcony, a small fridge, and a closet space. Extraordinary service-minded staff that needs to improve on customer service, and the location was stunning. Further, it was right by the old town, which is very close to a number of amazing restaurants, the centre of the beautiful old town of Rethymno and excellent restaurants and taverna's.

The room was clean and had contemporary decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, excellent service. Location: the hotel was just off the old town of Rethymnon, the many shops and all the restaurants and tavernas. The experience was fantastic and I would return here.

The location is awesome, the breakfast is nice. Would return here if I come to Rethymno...

I enjoyed to be here, everything was perfect. The room was reasonably large with a bath, a great view, as example, had the best night sleep. The hotel had a good restaurant for dinner-lovely. The place was well priced, nothing to complain about, couldn't recommend more.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, tucked away in a narrow street, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were always willing to help and had a warm and welcoming attitude. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and have air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay even during hot summer days. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony in my room, providing a nice spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding views. The breakfast offered at this hotel is included in the rate and provides a good selection of options. I appreciated the variety of fresh fruits available, although I would have preferred local fresh fruit rather than canned peaches.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Top location to visit the city centre. Parking for €10 per day directly opposite. In the courtyard, facing the pool, an oasis of calm.

Towards the street a bit loud at night.

All in all, everything was there that one could expect. Not less but not more either. The location directly at the foot of the fortress is certainly a big plus.

Hardly any information available for activities in and around Rethymnon. Even our inquiry about the ubiquitous e-scooters could not be answered. Missing offers for the evening at the hotel. One can sit in the courtyard at the pool, but compared to the surrounding taverns, there are no expensive drinks from the bar (cocktail 8,00 Euro!).

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met what was needed, can just recommend it. The property was ORIGINAL with amazing friendly staff that needs to improve on customer service, I loved the stay. The room was good-sized and offered a bath and a shower, so that guests had essentials. The location was great and stunning - just 5 minutes' walk from a well-curated museum.

Lovely modern and immaculate room with balcony, magnificent location close to standard bars in the town. Location next to the center of the old town of Rethymnon and an exceptional restaurant Alana.

The restaurant was fantastic for dinner-lovely, I tried freshly cooked dishes. It was good sized and bright too.

Great location, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. The private car park opposite is a huge convenience. The rooms are clean and all have balconies. The pool is a good size and the water temperature is perfect. The staff at reception, the breakfast, and the bar were all lovely.
